WESTON FOREST ACQUIRES GREAT NORTHERN LUMBER OF MICHIGAN

Mississauga, Ontario – July 6, 2017 Steve Rhone, President, is pleased to announce that Weston Forest has acquired the assets of Great Northern Lumber of Michigan, LLC and will be operating the facility as Northern Industrial Woods Inc.
The two companies have had a long-standing relationship, and Great Northern Lumber extends the reach of Weston’s remanufacturing capabilities.

In honour of Canada’s 150th birthday and to celebrate Ontario’s sustainable forest products sector, OFIA partnered with Habitat for Humanity GTA as an Official Wood Sponsor at the Pinery Trail site in Toronto.
